Crock Pot Candy

This is a yearly tradition with my family. My mom has been making this chocolate covered peanut candy for years. It is a favorite around the holidays. This recipe takes 2 hours to make, but requires no supervision. You put in a crock pot and leave it. You don’t even have to stir it! This candy is extremely rich, but you won’t be able to stop eating it. If you are going to splurge on your diet, splurge with these!

Ingredients

16 oz. salted peanuts
16 oz. unsalaried peanuts
4 oz. German chocolate brick
1 package of chocolate bark
1 package of white chocolate.

Instructions
Place all ingredients into crock pot and cook on low heat for two hours. After two hours stir and drop in clusters on wax paper.

Notes: be sure to break up all of the chocolate used. Once all ingredients are in crock pot, do not open the crock pot. There is no need to stir it until it is finished. Like this:

For best results, use a regular tablespoon (that you would eat with) to drop on to wax paper. Here you can see about how big to make them.

This recipe makes anywhere from 90-100 pieces so be ready to share!
