Kevin Steen’s Ring Of Honor contract is coming up and the promotion has allowed Steen to pick his last three opponents. As you see above he as chosen former ROH Television Champion Tomasso Ciampa as his first of his opponents. His penultimate opponent will be “The Last Real Man” Silas Young in a No Disqualification match on night two of the Summer Heat Tour in Cincinnati, Ohio (July 18th) and his final opponent will be on night three of the Summer Heat Tour in Dearborn, Michigan (July 19th) as Steen will face one of the voices of Ring Of Honor & of Place To Be Nation Steve Corino.
ROH Champion Michael Elgin has made it clear to Ring Of Honor matchmaker Nigel McGuinness that he wants to defend on every show and has asked him to line up challengers. The first to answer this challenge will be his former House Of Truth partner, Decade member and former ROH Champion Roderick Strong on night two of the Summer Heat Tour in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Also booked for the second night of the Summer Heat tour in Cincinnati, Ohio: Kingdom members Adam Cole and Mike Bennett with the first lady of Ring Of Honor Maria Kanellis will take on “The Fallen Angel” Christopher Daniels and Kazarian. The ROH Television Championship will be on the line as Romantic Touch (who “won” his opportunity at Road To Best In The World Night Two) will challenge Jay Lethal. In six man tag action ACH and the reformation of the C&C Wrestling Factory (first time since Purist: Night Two) will face Decade members Adam Page, Tadarius Thomas and BJ Whitmer.
Signed for night three of the Summer Heat tour in Dearborn, Michigan: Kingdom member Adam Cole will take on Forever Hooligans member Rocky Romero. Also former tag team partners collide as ACH will face Decade member Tadarius Thomas. Plus, new #1 contenders to the ROH Tag Team Championship will be confirmed as The Briscoe Brothers, The War Machine, Christopher Daniels & Frankie Kazarian and Decade members BJ Whitmer and Jimmy Jacobs will face off in a four corner survival match to determine the next challengers for ReDragon.
Announced for the final night of the Summer Heat Tour in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: The Young Bucks will take on Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian. These two teams met at House Of Hardcore IV West Coast Invasion were the Bucks defeated the team of Daniels and Kazarian.

The schedule for ROH/PCW Supershow of Honor has been released:
On Friday November 28th there will be an seminar from 11am to 2pm, the first night of Supershow Of Honor will be from 6pm till 10pm, late night entertainment (over 18’s only) 11pm till 12:30am which will then be followed by an after-show party.
On Saturday November 29th show 2 of Supershow of honor will be held from 11:30 am to 2:30pm, Q&A session with the ROH talent will be held from 3pm to 4pm, meet & greet will be 4pm to 6pm, show 3 of Supershow of honor will be held from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm which will then be followed by an after-show party.
I asked Steven Fludder, Managing Director of PCW, about the working relationship between PCW and Ring Of Honor: “Its a great chance for me to show off the talented roster we have at PCW to a new audience. I understand there will be many fans in the world who will watch the event and be amazed at the standard of talent when they stand toe to toe with the best in Ring Of Honor.”
The first two people to be announced for the super show weekend and returning back to the UK for the first time in eight years will be the former eight-time ROH Tag Team Champions The Briscoe Brothers.
Before then, PCW will be promoting their third anniversary show (on August 1st) where Michael Elgin should be taking on Kris Travis. However, when word got to Elgin that he could defend the ROH Championship against the former PCW Champion, Elgin pulled out of the show altogether.
Rocky Romero will be on his own when he returns to the promotion as his partner Alex Koslov suffered an arm injury during this years Best Of The Super Juniors tournament against Ricochet on May 30th.
Former member of The Embassy Petey Williams retired from wrestling last weekend. Petey debuted in ROH on July 16th 2005 at Death Before Dishonor III taking on AJ Styles. He returned to the promotion in 2009 but only lasted for a year.
Former GHC Heavyweight, Junior Heavyweight, Tag Team and Junior Tag Team Champion Kenta officially signed his WWE contract today in the middle of the squared circle with Hulk Hogan and Jimmy Hart officiating the proceedings during WWE’s tour of Japan in Osaka. Kenta made his debut for ROH at Final Battle ’04 defending his GHC Junior Heavyweight Championship against Low Ki. He made Davey Richards his American protégé in the summer of 2005, and received ROH Championship opportunities against both Bryan Danielson & Nigel Mcguiness.
