I honestly enjoyed Drew’ s first run until they forgot about him.
On a lesser scale (obviously) than Roman Reigns, he had a lot of blowback because of Meltzer reports he was Vince’s “chosen one” (which became i think his gimmick anyway). I remember at Mania 25, everyone assumed he’d get the briefcase – he was booed a good bit.
I thought his work on Smackdown that year was pretty good also. I enjoyed his TV stuff.
Drew was and is such a bore
