Samsonite? I was way off! The movie we have waited twenty years for has finally arrived! Sure we had to suffer through a poorly conceived prequel and a whole bunch of false starts and stops along the way, but our perseverance has paid off! The Farrelly Brothers are back at it and have returned main leads Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels to reprise their roles of Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunne, respectively. This time around, Lloyd and Harry are in need of a new kidney, so they go on another cross country adventure in search of their long lost children. Other big names attached are Laurie Holden, Kathleen Turner, Jennifer Lawrence and the always funny Rob Riggle, someone that is tailor made for this type of flick.
We here at PTBN will have more to say on both the original and the sequel as the November release draws near, but for now we have just this trailer to provide us our fill of stupidity. Just do your best to keep your pet’s head from falling off in the meantime.
