It’s time now to unveil the next block in the rankings of the Disney Villains as I will now list off #60-51:

60. Amos Slade (The Fox and the Hound)
The grumpy neighbor of Widow Tweed vows revenge on Tod after his hunting dog Chief is injured, but after Copper prevents him from killing Tod Slade decides to walk away and leave Tod alone.

59. Nutsy and Trigger (Robin Hood)
This pair of vultures who are henchmen for the Sherriff of Nottingham work with him to stop Robin Hood, but unfortunately they are too bumbling to make any difference.

58. The Headless Horseman (The Adventure of Ichabod and Mr. Toad)
Told as a tall tale by Brom Bones to scare Ichabod, the Horseman is revealed to be real as he chases Ichabod to the bridge and Ichabod’s fate is left unknown.

57. Michael “Goob” Yagoobian/Bowler Hat Guy (Meet the Robinsons)
Under the influence of DOR-15, Yagoobian tries to destroy Lewis’ life by changing his future only for Lewis to fix things in their past by setting him on the right path when they are still kids.

56. The Weasel Gang (The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad)
The gang employed by Mr. Winky overrun Toad Hall after Toad is sent to jail, but Toad and his friends reclaim the deed to the Hall and the weasels are brought to justice.

55. Mr. Snoops (The Rescuers)
Madusa’s assistant helps her in kidnapping Penny and forcing her to retrieve the Devil’s Eye diamond though Madusa betrays him and he ends up escaping while she is attacked by her own crocodiles.

54. DOR-15 (Meet the Robinsons)
Using Bowler Hat Guy as a patsy, this robot hat vows revenge on Lewis for being abandoned and nearly succeeds only for Lewis to change the timeline by vowing never to create it.

53. Mr. Winky (The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad)
The shady bartender who sells a car for Toad Hall and then frames Toad by claiming the car was stolen, he and the weasels overrun Toad Hall until Toad and his friends clear his name and reclaim the Hall.

52. The Horned King (The Black Cauldron)
This bastion of evil aims to use the black cauldron to raise the dead and destroy the world, but he is ultimately sucked into the cauldron himself as Gurgi sacrifices himself.

51. Madam Mim (The Sword in the Stone)
The mischievous witch who likes to make life difficult for Merlin ends up having a duel with him, and despite her cheating he defeats her by infecting her with a virus leaving her sick.
