Steve’s Wonderful Lists of Disney: Princesses #5-1

It’s time now to reveal my choices for the top 5 Princesses in Disney history:

Moana | Disney Wiki | Fandom

5. Moana (Moana)

Chosen by the sea as a toddler, Moana learns the truth about her ancestors, sails the sea with Maui, and restores the heart of Te Fiti to save her island and people.

Jasmine | Disney Wiki | Fandom

4. Jasmine (Aladdin)

The feisty and independent princess of Agrabah, she ends up falling in love with Aladdin who pretends to be a prince and he saves her and the kingdom from Jafar as the Sultan allows Jasmine to marry Aladdin.

Elsa from Frozen could be a lesbian? Cue the outrage | Culture | The Guardian

3. Elsa (Frozen)

Believing that her powers are a curse, Elsa throws away her responsibilities and lives in exile before being brought back to Arendelle after she accidentally freezes Anna’s heart, but after Anna sacrifices herself to save her sister, Elsa learns that love is what controls her powers.

Belle | Disney Wiki | Fandom

2. Belle (Beauty and the Beast)

Looked at by the fellow villages as odd, Belle willingly takes her father’s place as Beast’s prisoner only for the two to fall in love which allows Beast to regain his humanity and Belle becomes his princess.

And now, my choice for the Number One Princess in Disney history:

Anna | Disney Princess Wiki | Fandom
  1. Anna (Frozen/Frozen II)

Between two films, Anna has grown from a naive princess to nearly being frozen to death to making the tough decision to sacrifice Arendelle to destroy the dam to eventually becoming Queen, and because of this she is hands down the greatest Princess in Disney history.

That concludes this list and starting next week, I will begin the ranking of the Disney villains.
