– For the first time in over three years, ROH will be returning to the sunshine state as it invades the Lakefield Centre in Lakefield, Florida on Saturday October 25th for a television taping. The Centre has provided a venue for both WWE and WCW in the early 1990’s.
– The final three matches have been confirmed for Global Wars on May 1oth in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Cedric Alexander will face Roderick with the rest of The Decade banned from ringside. It will a be 3-Way battle of the former ROH Tag Team Champions as The Decade will face former two-time ROH Tag Team Champions ReDRagon and former eight-time ROH Tag Team Champions The Briscoe Brothers. Finally, ACH will take on Mike Bennett.
– The Young Bucks will defend their IWGP Junior Tag Team Championship at Global Wars against Forever Hooligans and the Time Splitters in Toronto. Furthermore, AJ Styles will defend his newly crowned IWGP Heavyweight Championship against Michael Elgin at War of the Worlds from the Hammerstein Ballroom in Manhattan, New York.
– After War Of The Worlds, the promotion will start the road to Best In The World and when ROH returns to pay-per-view. Before that, the first three matches have been announced for night one in Carbondale, Illinois that will see the return of the Six Man Mayhem match. This bout has the added stipulation of Instant Reward which gives the winner a shot at the ROH Championship. The six men given this possible golden opportunity are: ACH, Caprice Coleman, Cedric Alexander, Kyle O’Reilly, Matt Taven and Silas Young.
– For night two, Michael Elgin will battle Mike Bennett and the ROH Championship will be on the line that night as well.

– For the first time in eight years, a gaijin (non-Japanese, outsider) is holding the IWGP Heavyweight Championship as AJ Styles captured the belt by defeating Kazuchika Okada. The last time a gaijin held the IWGP Heavyweight Championship was back in 2005 when Brock Lesnar defeated Kazuyuki Fujita at Toukon Souzou New Chapter. Other Gaijin’s to hold the IWGP Heavyweight Championship are Bob Sapp , Scott Norton and Big Van Vader.
–This week’s Tuesday roll is the penultimate show before Supercard Of Honor VIII as ROH present Flyin’ High from Dayton, Ohio. You will see for the first time in ROH, “Phenomenal” AJ Styles take on “Knockout Artist” Chris Hero as well as a grudge tag team match when the Briscoe Brothers took on their respective opponents at Supercard Of Honor VIII, Adam Cole and Mike Bennett.
– WWE Hall Of Famer Jim Ross said on his Ross Report Podcast that he’ll be in attendance at ROH Global Wars. He’ll be there as a fan to witness the best talent from both ROH and NJPW.
– This week on Episode #8 of the Kevin Kelly Show: Kevin discusses the emotional rollercoaster that former ROH and current WWE Champion Daniel Bryan has been through over the past few weeks from winning the WWE title at Wrestlemania, to losing this farther last week. In addition, Kevin speaks of conflicts in life and talks with wrestling veteran and a trainer in the ROH Dojo, “Brutal” Bob Evans.
