This round saw an interesting mix of newcomers or big risers (Gunther, Xavier Woods), a group that just missed the list in 2017 and stayed in that category this time, and several that made the list in 2017, but got pushed off this time. Marty Jannetty, Dusty Rhodes, Jerry Lawler, Haku, Gorilla Monsoon, Rikishi, Earthquake, Jimmy Snuka, Bob Orton, Jr.,Ken Patera and Ivan Koloff.
