Justice League Month concludes as this week Russell and Todd examine the hilarious (?) hijinks found in the network TV Special from 1979, Legends of the Superheroes: The Roast! This relic features Adam West and Burt Ward returning to their roles as the Dynamic Duo as DC’s costumed heroes get “roasted” by their friends, family and villains and hosted by the one and only Ed McMahon. This bizarre relic from days gone by must be seen to be believed. A lost DC classic? Perhaps. A must-watch? It is for us.
